Hello,
I lost my phone a month ago and I want to log back into My O2 but i can't verify my sign-in as my phone is gone. I am abroad and living in Indonesia working so it is difficult for me to call a number. Can I verify through my new phone number here?
Thanks,
Connor

This isnt customer services or live chat./
Best thing to do is look at this guide Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it and use Skype ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and call +44 800 902 0217 they open tomorrow at 8am UK time or you can try social media just send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Sorry, this is NOT O2 but a customer to customer forum.
Not reporting means you are liable for any calls an data used until O2 are informed.
Proper easier to use social media to contact them. There is also a number you can call for free from abroad listed
