Anyone else have problems logging into the app? It repeatedly sends me into a loop of logging in, getting phone authentication code, logging in again and so on.

The app can get a bit fussy after an update - try the web version, @Woody8

Use an incognito or InPrivate tab in your browser to make sure the OTP challenge works (the Forum uses the same auth mechanism).
If that works, uninstall app, reboot phone and reinstall the app.
