this mobile app is a joke? never connects to live chat? and going online says 'use the mobile app' so what do i do? i wish i never joined o2.... the whole experience from buying the esim, to the plan, to now trying to get support is a joke and im only 4 days in...
Just do a 14 day change of mind and find a new network.. simples…
