I am representing my husband, who has been sectioned to permanent residence in care home due to Lewy’s Bone Alzheimer’s disease and I hold Lasting power of attorney. Consequently he is no longer able to operate/use facilities of his mobile phone okno ***********, therefore I ask that the contract be ended asap.
