i signed a sim card contract in 2022 for a 24 month sim card new number.
I did not renew my contract and i am still being charged. i would like to cancel my sim number and get a refund for the extra payments

Contracts do not automatically cancel so you are not entitled to a refund.
It's all explained in the contract T&C's you signed at the beginning.
