Issue with the delivery of an order by DHL

This is the second email i sent to dhl as you told me that i have to solve it with them , i need to know who support to me because in a case i am not the client of dhl, you are the client who are sending me somethig and if i dont received  how can you just tell me to talk with dhl that its obvious are the  worse company in this area. If you read the email i sent to them you will understand the issue

Hi,my question is how did you order your o2 phone through dhl?o2 not allowing dhl,they deliverd through dpd.
