I have to pay for my Disney+ free subscription?

Hello,

One of the factors that made me want to join o2 this month was this freebie. I followed the instructions even though the app crashed at least once and finally I got my account set up. But the next step it keeps taking me to is to actually sign up and pay for a subscription.  

Can someone help me to sort this out please?

Thanks for the reply. 
Looking at your guide, all goes well until I log into Disney+ and at that point it tells me I have to complete setting up my subscription and asks me how i want to pay.
I'll try their Facebook page next.

It might be also worth reaching out to Disney as it could be a bug on there end as well.

I tried calling Disney and they have a menu option for those who have a subscription via o2. If you choose that it just tells you to call o2.
I tried their technical support line but after spelling out my e-mail address 4 times I gave up!
