My phone says that my sim is not provisioned despite paying the bill. I cannot receive or send messages, including from O2 which raises an issue where I cannot log in since I need to set a contact number because I will not receive the confirmation code.

 

What do I do? I don't know where to find the online chat if anyone can help.
