I am owed a credit of £29.98 on phone number (REMOVED) which I want paid in to my bank account. 

it has never been activated so you can’t do the normal things. This has all been cleared yesterday. I don’t want a credit for something else. Just my money back please.

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
