I am experiencing a problem with my SIM that I'm not receiving text messages and phone calls. I've been to the store and they changed my SIM 3 times in 1 week and the problem is still there. I've talked to the customer service and nothing has changed. The problem has been going on for more than half a year and I have not received a fix for it to this day.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

I've called and talked to a tech support, he said it should be working in 5 working days. Thanks

Nothing has been solved. They said they will solve my problem in about 5 days and it's been more than 2-3 weeks since then. And now when I called they asked me about the security question which I forgot as it's been more than 3 years since I've set it up and apparently they cannot solve my problem without it.
