Hi,
I've just switched my contract from a physical SIM to an eSIM. When trying to sign into my account to download the eSIM, I am unable to do so because it requires MFA to login by texting my phone number. Because my other SIM has been deactivated, I am unable to receive the verification code and cannot get my eSIM.
If you could assist me with this it would be greatly appreciated!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

O2s stupid systems. They were warned this would happen.
Frankly you would be better off using a normal SIM, you are only going to have problems in the future

Did this get sorted? Sorry to hear this. Mine has been like this for over a week now and I am 9 months pregnant with no way to call anyone. I have been into store and they cannot help and customer service are the most useless people I have ever dealt with. Hope this gets sorted soon
