How can I change / reset the billing prefernces so I get a paper bill posted each month? I need the original document not a print out of the pdf. Pls give details to navigate to to the actual page where it can be set. Thanks

You need to call O2 and request it.
There is an additional monthly charge for paper bills.
give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
