Hi

I today contacted o2 re an upgrade.  Spoke to a gentleman who arranged for an upgrade for £46  per month and he said I owed £68 from my previous contract.  Gave him my bank details to then note on my bank statement a company called Intelling Upgrade showing an £248.96 is pending in my account.  This is totally outrageous!  I have been a customer with o2 for many years called 202 to help with an upgrade and this has happened.

I wish to cancel this immediately, I have been given misleading information.  I do need to upgrade my mobile phone but have been put off using o2.  Who are Intelling Upgrade?  I have never heard of the company until today.

Could someone please call me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.  I tried calling this afternoon and when speaking to someone, the phone went dead.  Nobody called me back to resolve my issue.

I am feeling vey let down by o2 which is such a shame.

Regards

Sandra

@Sandra141414

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract)

Seems you may not have been speaking to O2 at all Intelling Ltd – Clever Communication

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
