I have had a text telling me that O2 has been unable to collect payment and inviting me to use a link to update my bank details or I may be liable for fees.  I believe this to be a scam but cannot find an O2 link to report this.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

Press and hold on the text and options will appear.

Chose forward and enter 7726 as the number to send it to.

Thanks for that. I feel much better now that I've done something about it - and I've learned how to forward a text! Every day is a schoolday.

Hello.  I've received a text today.  I've searched for this number on O2's website but cannot find it.  I haven't opened the text because I was suspicious - there is no reason why my bill would not have been paid.  The only part of the text that I can read without opening it says: 'O2: We were unable to process your latest bill.  In order to avoid fees, pleas...'  O2's texts to me are usually headed 'O2UK'.  Is this a scam or not?  Thanks.
