Hi all,
How does one go about contacting o2 about a stolen phone when you can't ring them or use the my o2 app?
The virtual assistant is next to useless as it just says you have to report it to o2 within 24 hours then gives me a phone number. When I ask for more help it says i need to continue on the my o2 app.
Both require a phone!
That should I do?
George

Borrow a phone, use a call box or send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

You can also go in store - take photo ID with you.

"...use a call box..."
Hah - the sole remaining BT call box hereabouts was converted into a defibrillation station years ago...
Across in Ireland likewise...
Or left looking like...
Good luck @GeorgeRushton.

There are some still around in England (13,226 as of March 2025), however, borrowing a mates or family members mobile phone would be the easiest, or going in store and asking to use their landline.

May as well go in store and use their phone for free then.
