Help changing phone number for manage my details

So the phone number for  manage my details I don't have any more and needs to be changed yet it ask you to put in a code sent to that number  that I don't have and virtual assistant can't help me.

 

can you please do something where it asks for my passphrase to update the number

You will need to call o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from an o2 phone.

But what if I can't speak over the phone what then? surely o2 have a option for people that can't speak? like email

About some years back I got support by o2 by Email do they still support that?
