Hi - I received an enforcement and termination agreement yesterday, dated 16/11/23
I assume this relates to me transferring my phone data to EE.
However My o2 account shows not outstanding amount and the letter shows no method of payment
Please advise

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
