Hi

I've forgotten the details of the email address i used to set my o2 account up from years ago. I want to change it to a new address. Is there anyway I can do this?

Just say forgotten details and you should be prompted to set up a new address

If you don't have access to the original email address, you'll need to call customer service to change it as the forgotten password link (only) sends an email to your registered email address with a reset link.
