Hy I pay for 3 months ago bills
I talk with a guy about my deposit and he tell me in 7 days I have the deposit back
I check my account and I don't see the money back .
What is happening why I don't have my deposit back ?

You will get it back when your 4th bill is generated. You then have to ring O2 if you want it put back in your bank Guide: How to find help & contact O2

The deposit is returned to your account as a credit, but you won't see it until your next bill is generated.

Or can be transferred to your bank if you request it?
