Data not showing on My o2 app

Since my app has upgraded it’s no longer showing my data. I seen some previous posts on here and tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it’s still not showing.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Same on mine, appears data tracking is down.

It does this every now and again for no reason. Give it a few hours it usually appears again

It's probably working now as it generally goes down for maintenance about midnight. Try rebooting the phone this morning.
