Customer service email address

Has anyone got customer services email address as I need to send an attachment regarding my addresses with O2 on my credit file. Chat through the app or website doesn't give an option and I can't find an email address anywhere. I have sent a message through FB but no reply

I also can not find an email address to email, I find it ridiculous, I cancelled my account months ago - they told me all taken care of but then i discover i have been paying for the last few months anyway and no one to email to rectify - phone call didnt work ast time, was told cancelled and not cancelled..

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
