Hello,
I had a query I needed to discuss with o2. My problem is I am deaf and cannot hear over the phone, and I was searching for their contact email address or live chat facility and cannot find one.
Does anyone know what this information is?

Hmm, that sounds rather complicated. I no longer have an account with them. Do I still need to sign up for all of that just for them to answer a brief query I have?
Do they really have no way to contact them via email or over live chat?

I did just get through to their live chat. Unfortunately they said they did not deal with car insurance queries via live chat, and I'd have to call and download some specialist software to tranlsate the phone conversation into text. It's pretty poor in all honesty.
