... not!

Anyone know the magic runes that will clear the little blue box with a "1" in it that seems to perpetually sit above the bell icon top right of the MyO2 App on Android?

I've seen, and paid, my plan bills (Device and Airtime), now it would be nice if the bell stopped ringing every time I sign into the app... until the next time it needs to grab my attention, if course.

Just askin'...

@MI5, I've got it... None of what you said, but if you press and hold the notification, and slide your finger slightly to the left, a red/orange box appears to the right of the notification, saying "Delete?", and lo, t'is gone !

Who'd'a thunk it?

Thanks for the help, @MI5, and for the seasonal slant @Cleoriff santa thumbsup

Don't have that on my windows app but the obvious thing is to tap it and see what happens?
If you have more than one phone on the account, I guess it could apply to any of them too?
Just a guess tho.....

That is what I thought, @MI5... tapping it yields the screenshot below, but still the bell has a nagging "1" floating just above it.

Only my phone on the account, too.

Astounded

Did you continue to view your bill?

Force stop the app and see if that clears it?
