Hi, I have got the Disney Plus 6 months free extra. The extra shows up in My O2 but when I click to activate the extra it takes me to an error page.
Could someone help me activate this extra.

the OP had this issue nearly a year ago. I have the same issue - when I click activate i get a 404 not found page. Does that mean this known issue is taking a year to fix? O2 need to look for some better developers if that's the case

Recent queries about this to the Forum have worked as expected, @hannahmy. Make sure your MyO2, both web and app versions, are working as you expect. If not, clear cache and O2 cookies, or use a different browser, or try using Incognito Mode - and log on to your MyO2 first (ie, do not sign into the forum until you've tried to add your Extra!) Then Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras contains what the Forum members have for such cases. If that still gives you trouble, then a call to O2 CS is needed - you can reach them via Social Media, links below - or call
O2’s customer service team on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (around 08:15am is a good time to beat the queue). Good luck.
