Can’t make calls

I upgraded to a new data package and downloaded an e sim yesterday. I now cannot make calls on my iPhone 16 but can receive them. What do I need to do please?

You say you upgraded to a new data package.

It wasn't a Data SIM by any chance?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Sometimes, simply rebooting your phone can fix issues.

Also, if you have a plastic sim in your phone too, remove it to allow the esim to fully activate.
