Hello. I can’t log into my account either via web browser or the app. I used to have access and I now don’t. It has been a problem for several months but would like to keep an eye on my billing etc.
I mange to get to the point of putting my mobile number in to confirm who I am but it comes back saying my number is registered to another account.
I am still getting texts and emails from o2 so can’t figure out what’s wrong.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Try online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
and change password by using the forgotten password link.
If using the app, try deleting, rebooting phone and then reinstall the app.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.

Unlikely that you'd get help in store, but may be worth a last resort try.
