Can not login to my O2

I had a bill unpaid for a while due to being abroad, my service shut down and access to My O2 app account has been blocked. I have finally managed to pay the delayed bill 5 days ago, through my friend. Right now, I cannot access My O2 app anymore and my mobile service is still shut! However, I can access my account online and it says ‘you have no products to view’. Could this happen if the bill was paid??!!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
