Hi, I was running low on data because I’ve made a new deal with the virgin addition that is meant to double by data, but that sadly can’t start yet as virgin can’t come to install the wifi, and so tried to add a bolt on. Despite trying to add 4GB or 2GB, it showed that it kept only adding 100MB. So I tried again, and still only 100MB. A few minutes later I received two messages saying 4 & 2GB had been added. Whilst I really need more data I don’t want to incur more charges that necessary, please advise- I have a screen recording as evidence of the bolt on saying I had purchased 100mb then a text saying 4 & 2GB had been added.

Hi @Hdogococococ

Welcome to the O2 community

Sorry yo hear that the system seems to be showing one thing and adding another.

You can ask o2 customer service to help but bolt on usually can't be cancelled.

I added a Bolt On recently and I think it happened to me but I ignored it.

Waited for confirmation.

Thanks @TallTrees

@Hdogococococ I've dropped you a PM, I'd be interested in the screen recording and I'm happy to pass it on to be investigated.
