Is there a question?

Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Airtime & Device Plans)

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
Thanks

I just received a txt message saying that there was a problem taking the payment of £105.12 from my direct debit, and that the direct debit of the payment was cancelled.

I made a payment of £105.12 on the **Personal info** and the payment was said to have been received, so why have I been told I haven't paid my bill?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yours sincerely

Jason
