Log in difficulties

I can't log in because the process requires a passcode sent to phone and my phone has stopped recognising my O2 Sim. I wanted to log in to upgrade and get a new Sim. How can I access my account online without a phone security code?

Order queries

I have received a text message saying my order was received for an order I did not make NC77914512. Going into my o2 it's for a Samsung galaxy s10.

Final bill

Please could i pay my final bill. There is no section to pay this online on the MyO2 website, despite it telling me to go to the Myo2 website to pay this in the letter I have received.

My network has been shut down due to my bill i thought it went out monthly but it doesn't i need to log in to myo2 and pay but sending a code via text isn't working as my phone has been shut down how do i pay to get it back
