I'm abroad and accidentally blocked my SIM. I'm a Virgin O2 customer; my Virgin log in details are not working. I have registered with O2 but my log in details cannot be accessed without a PIN which has been sent to my blocked SIM. There seems to be no way to ask for the PIN to be sent to my email.
What can I do?

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
