Says my account isn't ready

I changed my password as it wasn't working and now that I logged in it's says I can't log in because my account isn't ready, and I have to wait 48 hours but it has said this before when I tried to log in previously

for last few days I have received no text messages and my |Texts fail to send - no reason given just ! re-send. Urgently need to sort this out.
