International Texts not receveid

I appear not to receive SMS form a an italian service called Poste.  I receive other italian SMS but not from them.  The number is not blocked on my phone (at least I think).  Is it something O2 end?

If it's just from the Italian Postal service, computer generated, and not Italian mobile network, that would be almost impossible find where the fault lies

You could try Customer Services but that will probably end up in frustration.

Most likrly that Poste hasn't configured your number correctly at their end @Bamboccio

They have confirmed it as the correct number but I agree that most likely is an issue at their end
