Hi good friends, how are you all? I must have missed a comms from O2. I notice I'm now being notified about bills by "Aura"? I'm guessing this is just some business rethink and not significant change to my relationship with O2? Thanks for any info,

Aura is the new virtual assistant which is incorporated into the latest MyO2 app.

No contractual changes at all..

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
