My O2 app not displaying any information other than my phone number and “it looks like somethings gone wrong” as well as date and amount of next bill

Aura…unfortunately I’m not able to help you with that etc etc

O2 help advise deleting and reinstalling, have done that..same issues

Sounds like o2 customer services need to reset something on their end @CC5671 .

You can call them on 202 if you are a pay monthly customer or 4445 if you are pay as you go.

Alternatively you can message them on social media as below.

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
