Please can someone tell me why when log in to my app not showing my data calls and text allowance !! But can see my first bill only had phone two days !!!

@Mark1 Try deleting & reinstalling the app as it will usually update itself

Thanks for that I have tried deleting and reinstalling app a couple times no joy rebooted my phone and nothing.
Maybe because I have just had contract for two days maybe won’t load just yet what do you think and thanks for your help 😀

It can take a couple of days when changing tariff or transferring number.

Just try clicking on the 3 bars at the left hand side of the app, it will show you all the other sections of My O2 available to view?

Thanks I had a look at that but nowhere for this I spoke to the O2 gurus and they didn’t really know.
Was told maybe because it’s a new contact may take a couple days to load app fully not sure this is why I can’t view my apps data calls and text amount.

Your allowances are pro rata until your first bill is produced.
It will update at midnight on your bill day.

Thanks to all for help yesterday with my app on O2 when couldn’t get text data and calls info.
This is now ok when I log on to my O2 app this morning all up and running ok so again thanks for all help with this 😀👍
