We’re told These codes are linked to an offer of Get £100 off your selected Samsung Galaxy S24.

 To redeem the customer can use the code when signed into My O2 or in a store.  The customer needs to make sure they have at least £100 to pay on the phone in the basket to remove it using the promo code.

@AliMc

Beware of scams and texts or emails asking you to click on links.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Thanks for replying - it's not a scam as I had an email from O2 saying the same thing (no links other than to the help page). It's something to do with a voucher but I've no idea what the voucher is. I'll contact them.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
