Android o2 App crashing while updating

Anonymous
Not applicable

Anyone have an idea on ho I can stop the MyO2 app from crashing on my Nexus 5?

It loads, and accepts my pin, and while loading it updates roughly until it gets to my data allowance then stops..

I've uninstalled, re-loaded and nothing fixes it.   It works fine on my old iPhone so not suspecting its an account issue.

Hi

Mines working on my iPhone so I'm assuming it's not network issue based.

Try turning off your phone and reboot.

Phone has been rebooted many times, app uninstalled and re-installed - Updated on Wifi and/or 4G still crashes.

It's a strange one and very probably unique to yourself. There is no general problem at the moment or we would be getting more reports on here. If resets and reinstalls don't work possibly contact customer service, Are you able to log on ok on your PC?

I had the same problem when it first updated which I put down to only been on a 2g signal at the time.
Once I tried it on 3g it worked OK but it may have been unrelated and might have just fixed itself....?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Go into settings, apps, downloaded and find my O2 app.
Clear cache and data.
Go to play store and make sure there's no updates pending.
Run app again.

Did as you suggested a few times, sign back in and set a new pin, app crashes the same.
