My bill this month is 70 pounds but I don't live in the UK and have only been using my US simcard here in the states.

 

I would like this fully refunded, this issue keeps occurring and I would like it to stop.

@Adam_992 Do you have an O2 contract in the UK? If so, you get charged whether you are in the UK or not.

If you want to speak to customer service:

Put your UK sim in your phone to call for free on +447860 980 202
Or call +44800 032 1402 using Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on +44800 081 0255

You can also speak to the Payment Management Team on +44800 902 0217.
