Purchased Samsung s23 start of October 2023 and still haven't received my code for the airpods. Numerous calls, empty promises. Latest call was the 15th Jan stating purchase details was entered on the system wrong. Code be there within 48hrs.. Still nothing. Can an o2 member help?
