I pay monthly for 2 phones. On logging in to myO2 I only see one account. How do I make the second account visible?
I receive emails about the second account, but when accessing my O2 from these mails, I still only see the other phone

Have you set up a My o2 for the second line already @Granite ?
A word of warning - once you do this the only way to undo it is to close one of the accounts...
Log into the "main" account (the one you want to log into).
You will then see a link to "bring in other products and services" (see screen shot below).
Click that, and follow the process and when complete both numbers will be visible in your account.
