Access account number

Hello, I can’t find my o2 account number and have checked all of my emails and latest bills, it is not on there. Please could you advise? Thanks- Beth

You need to go to download an old bill and you'll find it on the right side of the last page Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

I've just been moved to O2 yesterday and couldn't find this on my account and I didn't think I had a bill yet but I do. Login to your account online webpage version. I haven't got the mobile app so can't tell you how that works!

Click: "Bills and current charges"

Click "View Bill"

I think your account number is the 2nd item down item on the right of the bill.

The website isn't working too well, only worked once and now I can't open my bill page again!

I don't why O2 haven't put the account number on your account when logged in, it's a choice!

But the account number is in the first email I got from O2, sent from news@o2-email.co.uk  and headed just with "O2"

Check your email Spam folder, you might get lucky.
