Hi, I've tried to activate/redeem my £5.00 airtime rewards. But it seems that it hasn't gone off my bill??

Rewards cannot be added if you have a charge to mobile block on your account and possibly even a spend cap will prevent it.

Otherwise you need to contact airtime rewards to see if they have sent it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
OnePlus 6 (O2 & Sfr), Z3 Tablet (Three UK), iPhone 8+ (EE)
