£400 prepaid MasterCard - no email received

Hello,

I upgraded my phone to a Sony Xperia 1 IV. It stated on this deal that I would get a £400 Pre Paid MasterCard and the details for this would be text or emailed to me.

I haven't had anything through yet. It also doesn't say anything on my contract about this.. just want to check if that's right and if anyone else has had issues?

I have asked O2 on Facebook and via chat and all they do is send me the terms and conditions. Which I have read. 

I just want to know if I am defo going to get this, it was one of the reasons I chose this deal.

I don't want to miss out.

Received my text invitation about 20 minutes ago, thanks for everyone working behind the scenes to try and sort this out.

Fingers crossed we arent all flooding this thread 5 days after the 15th December with more issues 😂

FML..... I was jumping for joy that not long after getting the invite I actually got the email delivering the card detail so that I could go on and activate the Mastercard itself...... Joy turns to despair as I notice I'm about to activate a card with a value of £200 not the £400 that was advertised with Xperia 1 iv .... guess I best make some calls 😢

Thanks for that I have called blackhawk and they have confirmed it should be a £400 card, they have raised it internally ...... ETA for a response is 24 - 48 hours, fingers crossed I guess.
