You need to speak to your employer in that case, and its usually either HR or the Rewards team, as o2 only accept emails from domains they have been told by your employer (we have to update o2 every time we add a new corporate domain)..
There is not lot o2 will do in this case...

Same thing, speak to your employer as they give o2 the details to accept with regards to email addresses, we have just updated ours at work to cover some new domains as people said the same thing..
