I’ve recently signed up for 02 but some reason when I go to log into the app it says my account isn’t ready yet but when I sign in on a browser page it seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this with the my o2 app ?

My upgrade wasn’t updated on the my o2 app, I missed my device delivery by dpd twice so the handset was returned back to o2, I spoke to customer services they said that my account will be updated in 24hoirs and I’m able to reapply for a new upgrade.....

got an email from "mycare" today purporting to be from O2 saying my tarriff upgraded.....assume phishing....virtually impossible to contact O2/Telefonica themselves!
