I recently took a new contrct out. As an NhS worker i am.eligible for the discount however every time i try to get on the website to apply for it, I get a message come up saying "sorry theyres been a problem"
This has been ongoing for the past couple weeks, I just thought it was an error on their side but I cant see anything that points them having problems.
Ive cleared the CACHE and cookies and its jusy not working. Any ideas? Ill contact 02 tomorrow but thought I would ask before I do so. 🙂

Have you tried a different browser, and are you going to https://o2open.co.uk
If you are and still having problems then call them on 202 they open at 8am and get them to apply it for you.

Have you tried on a different device/browser @Charlotte8 ?
