Took IPhone through o2 on finance almost year ago, paid off couple months later and it is still on my credit report as loan with outstanding balance of £756.
On phone line been told that it is my problem not O2, in system they have it marked as paid.
On chat no chance to get through.
Email does not exist.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
So far all I can think is:
Write letter to them (21st century LOL)
Write complain to them (they do have email for that!)
Ofcom- cos customer service does not exist if you don’t want to buy phone or new contract.
Ombudsman- because I think they have duty to report such a things to credit agencies.
Any thoughts?
