Hi I am an NHS employee. I tried to get a code to update my airtime plan but the system was down and I couldn't access my account in 28 days of starting the contract. Please can I apply my NHS discount and have to backdated to when my contract started.

Just be aware that your first bill is always at full price and the discount kicks in from the second bill.
