Yes quite a few people. Some found it was due to the time of night when it was down for maintenance...others need to ring CS and ask them to reset their account https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

There does seem to be a steady stream of My O2 app problems these days. Hopefully O2 will get the various errors fixed soon with all the feedback in this community.

i try so many times to log into the 02 app - i've changed my password a few times - works on the desktop site but not the app
